- Please note that our sessions are time sensitive. 100% of services scheduled will be charged to the client for a late cancellation or no-show. 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
- Our no-show and late cancellation policy applies to memberships as well. Any no-show, late cancel, or unredeemed sessions will not be allowed to roll over. We will do our best to accommodate membership bookings however, we cannot guarantee appointment availability. We recommend that all membership services be booked in advance.
- A 50% deposit is required for parties of two or more and any party of one with multiple services scheduled prior to reserving sessions.
- 20% gratuity will automatically be added at checkout for all parties of two or more, any party of one with multiple services, and all spa packages.
- Gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Pregnant clients must be out of their first trimester (first 3 months) to receive services.
- All sales are final on retail purchases.
