- 100% of services scheduled will be charged to the client for a late cancellation or no-show. 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
- Please note that our sessions are time sensitive. Our no-show and late cancellation policy applies to gift card recipients and members as well. Gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.
- Any members who no-show, late cancel, will not be allowed to roll over sessions. We will do our best to accommodate membership bookings however, we cannot guarantee appointment availability. We recommend that all membership services are booked in advance.
- A 50% deposit is required for parties of two or more and any party of one with multiple services scheduled prior to reserving sessions. *Cancellations less than 24 hours' notice for parties of two or more and any party of one with multiple services scheduled will result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit.
- 20% gratuity will automatically be added at time of checkout for all parties of two or more and any party of one with multiple services.
- Pregnant clients must be out of their first trimester (first 3 months) to receive services.
- All sales are final on retail purchases.
