Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by contacting the spa directly. Online booking is the fastest way to view real-time availability.

Please note that our sessions are time sensitive. 100% of services scheduled will be charged to the client for a late cancellation or no-show. 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations and reschedules.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time so we can remain on schedule for other guests.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. 

Gratuity is not included for single services however, 20% gratuity is added at checkout for clients who schedule multiple services, spa packages, and couples massages. 

Each client is required to fill out a Health History and Consent Form prior to receiving care with us. If you have any health concerns, please provide this information when you fill your forms out. 

Clients may receive facials however, they must be past their first trimester to receive massage therapy. 

We work by appointment only, but may be able to accommodate same day bookings.

If a client has put down a deposit for services and has to cancel their session within our 24-hour window, the client can either choose to reschedule for another date, or we can issue a refund for the full amount of the deposit they put down. 

Products/retail items may not be returned.

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase on our website or you may stop by the spa to purchase a physical card. 

Yes! Please visit our spa package and membership page on our website to see the different options we offer. 

Yes, but they must have a parent with them at all times when receiving care from us. The parent must also sign their Health History and Consent Forms before receiving care.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are running late. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time so we can remain on schedule for other guests.

Parking is provided all around the spa. You may park on the street or in one of the parking lots on either side of Main Street.
