No-Show/Late Cancellation and other policies

• A 50% deposit is required for all clients at the time of booking to reserve an appointment. The remaining balance is due at time of service.

• Please note that our sessions are time sensitive. 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit and a charge for the remaining 50% of the scheduled service, totaling 100% of the service cost. 

• Our no-show and late cancellation policy applies to memberships as well. Any no-show, late cancel, or unredeemed sessions will not be allowed to roll over. We will do our best to accommodate membership bookings however, we cannot guarantee appointment availability. We recommend that all membership services be booked in advance. 

• 20% gratuity will automatically be added at checkout for all parties of two or more, any party of one with multiple services, and all spa packages.

• Gift cards and all packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. 

• Pregnant clients must be out of their first trimester (first 3 months) to receive massage therapy.

• All sales are final on retail purchases.

Client information is confidential and used for the purpose of scheduling, health history (HIPPA) and consent forms.  In the event that we are required to release such information it would be for State or Federal law enforcement requirements only.
