Check-In Policy

All clients are required to fill out a health history and consent form before their first appointment. These forms are included in your appointment confirmation email. Please fill them out prior to your visit or arrive 15 minutes early to complete them in person so that your full appointment time can be honored.

Please ring our doorbell at the front entrance once you have arrived for your appointment. Our doors remain locked.
