Research suggests that a 20-minute nap is ideal for our central nervous system and can encourage mind~body~spirit~soul restoration.
Relax, roll over and rest in our safe space. Integrative massage includes warm focused stones, warm towels, aromatherapy misting, scalp and foot massage. 90-minute session is 60 minutes of massage with 20 minutes of nap time. 120-minute session is 90 minutes of massage with 20 minutes of nap time.
