No-Show/Late Cancellation, a policy page and Privacy Policie
100% of services scheduled will be charged to the client(s) for no-shows. 24 hours' notice is required for late cancellation. Clients giving less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of service (s) scheduled.
A 50% deposit is required for parties of 2 or more prior to reserving sessions.***Cancellations less than 24 hours' notice for parties of 2 or more will result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit.
20% gratuity will automatically be added for parties of two or more.
Please note that our sessions are time sensitive. Our no-show and late cancellation policy applies to gift card recipients and members as well. Gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase. Any members who no-show, late cancel, will not be allowed to roll over sessions. We will do our best to accommodate membership bookings however, we cannot guarantee appointment availability. We recommend that all membership services are booked in advance.
All sales are final on retail purchases.
All special ordered products require pre-payment.
Consumer information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Client information is confidential and used for the purpose of scheduling, health history (HIPPA) and consent forms. In the event that we are required to release such information it would be for State or Federal law enforcement requirements only.
